TaskGenius Platform

One operating view for the home-service business you already run.

TaskGenius Platform connects your advertising, calls, website, CRM, jobs, invoices, payments, and reviews into a single trustworthy picture — so you can see what is happening, what needs attention, and what should happen next.

Who it is for

Owners and operators of home-service businesses — appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing — who already run a CRM, pay for leads, and answer the phone all day. The platform is built for a business with real operational history, not for a company that has yet to take its first job.

If your advertising lives in one system, your calls in another, your jobs and invoices in the CRM, and your performance in a spreadsheet, the platform is designed for exactly that situation.

What you actually work with

Six surfaces, each answering a different operating question.

Home

The executive view

Open the day on one screen: new leads, booked work, completed jobs, and collected revenue for the period you choose — each figure labelled with the system it came from and how fresh that data is.

Inbox

The opportunity ledger

Every customer opportunity in one queue: the missed call with no callback, the estimate sitting unanswered, the paid lead that never booked. Each item carries the evidence behind it and the outcome once it is resolved.

Acquisition

Which channels bring real customers

Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and organic demand compared on what actually booked and completed — not on clicks. Spend sits next to booked work so you can tell an expensive channel from a wasteful one.

Operations

How work moves

Where jobs stall between booked and completed, which estimates need follow-up, and where the handoffs are quietly costing you a second visit.

Financials

Completed revenue versus collected cash

The difference between work you have finished and money you have actually received, with the invoices that explain the gap.

Integrations

Whether you can trust the picture

Connector health, coverage, and data freshness in plain terms. When a source is disconnected or stale, the platform says so instead of quietly reporting zero.

Inside the product

Screenshots of the current console are being prepared from the Juniper Coast demonstration workspace.

Recommendations you can check before you act

The platform surfaces a next move and shows the evidence behind it: which signal fired, which connected system it came from, and what to verify first. You decide what happens.

  • Approvals stay with people. Consequential actions wait for a human. Nothing contacts your customers on its own unless you have explicitly allowed it.
  • You own the accounts. Every connection is authorised by you and can be revoked by you.
  • Gaps are stated, not hidden. When a connector is disconnected or a period has partial coverage, the platform labels it rather than reporting a confident zero.

What it connects

How onboarding runs

  1. 01

    Understand the business

How you get customers, who touches a job, and where decisions are currently made.

  2. 02

    Connect existing systems

You authorise each source. You keep ownership of every account and can disconnect at any time.

  3. 03

    Reconcile and validate

We check the connected data against what you know is true before anyone relies on it.

  4. 04

    Configure priorities and controls

What counts as attention, who approves what, and which actions require a human.

  5. 05

    Launch the operating view

The team starts working from one picture instead of five tabs.

  6. 06

    Improve from observed outcomes

Recommendations are checked against what actually happened, and tuned.

A walkthrough uses your stack as the example: what would connect, what it would show, and what it could not tell you yet.
